NOTE: Please do the scheduled readings before coming
to each month’s
session.
NOTE: The chapters in Brown’s book are long and
detailed, so you are not expected to read every single word. For each chapter, read carefully the
sections called “General Analysis of the Message” and “The
Background”, but only skim over the concluding “Issues and Problems
for Reflection” and any other sections in between.
